Senior LevelMagtection Inc is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Technician to support the development, deployment, and optimization of their MPS instruments. This hybrid role involves bridging hardware and software to ensure reliable device performance while working closely with engineering, product, and validation teams.

Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and calibrate MPS systems from prototypes to production units
Integrate sensors, electronics, magnetic drive/detection modules, and embedded control boards
Build and refine hardware test fixtures and system-level integration rigs
Support firmware configuration and debugging for MPS controllers
Develop and maintain integration scripts, device diagnostics, and test automation tools
Interface software with hardware subsystems to automate measurement sequences and data logging
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware–software interaction issues
Maintain system performance documentation; propose design and process improvements
Produce clear assembly, test, and validation documentation
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to technical training materials
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience with hardware assembly, test, and calibration in complex electronic systems
Strong background in embedded software interaction, instrument control, and system diagnostics
Comfort with lab instruments and soldering/PCB-level work
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or with distributed teams
Preferred
Prior work with magnetic instrumentation, spectroscopy, sensor integration, bioanalytical devices, or medical diagnostics
Experience documenting procedures and training staff
