Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and depositions for clients and contractors
Manage client data in scheduling software with 100% accuracy
Welcome clients and answer calls or emails with professionalism and warmth
Host and coordinate Zoom meetings, ensuring a seamless experience
Maintain office supplies and organize filing systems
Assist with tasks, reminders, and general office support for the scheduling and production teams
Manage and prepare for in-house depositions or meetings with clients
Qualification
Required
