5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in the equipment or vehicle financing / leasing industry
Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and financial reporting
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
Track record of using technology to drive efficiencies and automate processes
Superior systems acumen is essential, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel modeling, and other planning tools
Track record of job stability and career progression required for consideration
