Responsibilities
Agents: build and manage change resilience workflows that leverage key Tools and Sources
Tools: create deterministic entities leveraging PQL
Integrations: design, construct, optimize, and tune third party software integrations
Guidance: lead customers as they implement, update, measure, grow, and improve their use of Autoptic change resilience agents
Measurement: build customer-specific and company-wide means to measure KPIs and ROI across areas like CFR reduction, incident avoidance, MTTR reduction, observability tool cost containment, etc
Qualification
Required
Austin, TX location and excitement to work in person at least one day per week in the 620/2222 (Four Points) area
5+ years of prior FDE experience working with US clients including a heavy concentration on data diverse (e.g. telemetry) systems
Start-up background including early-stage, high-growth enterprise software products
Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, incident management, CI/CD and other DevOps tools
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
Ability to work directly with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, English language, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Go, Java, Python, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
