Responsibilities
As a Design Engineer I, you will be an integral part of project design teams, working on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, sports, healthcare, education, and public assembly buildings

Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Structural engineering
2-4 years of relevant experience
Proficient in discipline-specific engineering techniques and design calculation principles
Knowledgeable about applicable standards and codes, with a preference for candidates familiar with American standards
Hands-on experience with CSI software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000
Experience in Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel design
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to prepare or assist in the preparation of design submittals, structural calculations, and reports
Proficient in using MS Office
Candidates must be proactive, possess strong organizational skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be an effective team player
Preferred
PhD in Structural Engineering with a specialization in Seismic Engineering and Structural Evaluation & Retrofit
Experience in Earthquake Engineering, Seismic Evaluations, and Retrofitting
Experience in Wood design
Preference will be given to candidates with experience or a strong academic background in using ASCE 41
Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM)
