Responsibilities
Design and execute functional testing on Android applications to validate that all features and requirements are working as intended
Test Android applications across various devices, operating system versions, and network conditions
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts—both manual and automated—based on project requirements and specifications
Implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency
Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using issue tracking tools
Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve defects
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are properly addressed
Evaluate app performance, security, and compatibility across different Android platforms
Provide clear and actionable feedback to stakeholders regarding app quality and user experience
Continuously update knowledge of the latest Android OS features, device trends, and testing methodologies
