Responsibilities
Configure internal testing environments based on product team instructions
Run test prompts through PowerPoint Narrative Builder and Agent Mode
Capture and save outputs in required formats, applying consistent file naming conventions
Organize outputs into correct SharePoint folders for easy access and traceability
Track progress against run lists, ensuring all scenarios are covered and documented
Log bugs using Azure DevOps templates and tags
Manage multiple concurrent requests, delivering results within established timelines
Proactively flag system issues and communicate status updates to the product team
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Technical aptitude for configuring internal tools and troubleshooting basic system issues
Experience with cloud storage platforms like OneDrive and SharePoint
Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Preferred
Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or content evaluation workflows
Exposure to prompt engineering, output validation, or structured testing environments
Comfort working in experimental or rapidly evolving spaces
