The role involves routine cleaning, maintaining common areas, managing waste, and assisting with minor repairs to ensure the property is always in top condition.

Responsibilities
Prepare Vacant Units: Ensure all vacant units are cleaned and ready for new residents, making a great first impression
Maintain Common Areas: Keep key areas such as the clubhouse, pool, dog park, compactor, and breezeways neat and welcoming for all visitors
Routine Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas to keep them sparkling clean
Waste Management: Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness
Minor Repairs: Assist with small maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and completing minor repairs when needed
Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary to ensure you’re always stocked
Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep our environment safe for residents and team members alike
Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and approach to all tasks, ensuring you create a pleasant experience for everyone on the property
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and techniques
Basic maintenance skills and a willingness to pitch in
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout the day
A friendly, professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to stay on top of your duties
Detail-Oriented: You'll have an eagle eye for noticing even the smallest things that need attention
Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and residents
