Oversee revenue cycle management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction
Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Lead and mentor the revenue cycle team to achieve departmental goals
