Responsibilities
Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solution within Oracle Cloud PLM (including PD and or PDH)
Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and requirements, and then translate those requirements into Oracle Cloud PLM functionality. In addition, collaborate with technical architects to ensure that the Oracle Cloud PLM solutions are technically feasible and scalable
Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions; designing solutions for specific areas, such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing
Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges
Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
Qualification
Required
Discrete manufacturing PLM experience
Consulting experience managing/executing 3 full lifecycle digital transformation programs within PLM
10+ years of PLM experience
5+ years Oracle Cloud PLM experience
Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred
5+ years of experience conducting the following activities: Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT,UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model
Experience with managing Software and tech hardware products and services
Experience in infrastructure sizing and PLM architecture
Experience in project delivery
Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill, Siemens or Dassault
Master's degree
