Qualification
Required
Strong Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Understanding of financial concepts and familiarity with finance-related tasks
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
Prior experience in financial services or client-facing roles is highly desirable
