They are seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate who will be responsible for maintaining the property, performing minor repairs, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers.

Responsibilities
Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation
