Director/ExecutiveThe Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are a Summer Collegiate Baseball team dedicated to providing an exceptional gameday experience. The Director of Ticket Sales will lead the ticket sales team, implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, and oversee ticket operations while managing customer service inquiries and training staff.

Lead the ticket sales team
Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
Oversee all ticket operations
Supervise ticket account management
Handle customer service inquiries
Build relationships with new and existing clients to drive ticket sales
Train and mentor the ticket sales staff interns to ensure they meet their individual sales objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations
Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to provide a high-quality fan experience
Background in Sales and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue-generating goals
Experience in Training and mentoring team members to meet performance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work extended hours during events
Preferred
Familiarity with sports or entertainment industry ticket operations is a plus
