New Grad, Entry LevelPit Viper is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to support their B2B and wholesale business. This role involves managing invoices, customer accounts, and cash collection while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities
Actively track and manage open invoices and past-due balances, partnering with retailers and the Sales team to resolve discrepancies, follow up on payments, and maintain a clean and current accounts receivable ledger
Prepare AR reports and schedules
Assist with resolving basic billing questions or discrepancies
Support the setup and maintenance of B2B customer accounts
Apply customer payments and help maintain accurate AR records
Partner with Sales and Operations on B2B order and customer needs
Take on additional responsibilities over time as experience and confidence grow
Qualification
Required
Strong appetite for learning and taking on new challenges
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get after it
High attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic data
Ability to work at least 15 hours per week in-office
Preferred
Interest in accounting, finance, operations, or business
Desire to build a career in the outdoor or consumer products industry
Coursework in accounting, finance, or business
Curiosity about how a business actually operates behind the scenes
