Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the Electric Transmission EMS replacement project - including planning, design, integration, testing, and deployment
Partner with internal stakeholders across Transmission Operations, IT/OT, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business outcomes
Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and delivery performance, including system integrators and software providers
Coordinate integration with existing systems such as SCADA, ADMS, OMS, and market operations platforms
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and governance structures
Manage project financials - including budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend tracking, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with program funding and cost targets
Ensure compliance with NERC/CIP, cybersecurity, and reliability standards throughout the program
Lead steering committee reporting, program updates, and stakeholder communications
Support testing, training, cutover, and operational readiness to ensure a seamless transition to the new EMS environment
Drive change management and user adoption within transmission operations and control center teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Preferred
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
