Responsibilities
Proven expertise in developing, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications using ideal/Datacom
Strong coding and testing experience in IDEAL/DATACOM and COBOL/CICS/DTACOM combinations
Experience in production support and maintenance
Experience with JCL, CICS, COBOL, VSAM, and batch processing in a mainframe environment
Knowledge of Datacom QDRY and DB utilities, along with performance tuning expertise
Experience in mainframe testing tools, version controllers and job schedulers, such as Xpeditor, Endevor, Control-M, etc
Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical users
Experience with modernization of legacy systems, including migrations or integrations with more modern platforms
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
Qualification
Required
