Enterprise Account Executive

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage end-to-end sales for corporate training solutions, focusing on driving revenue through enterprise B2B and B2G accounts.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle —from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Sell NetCom Learning’s training and upskilling solutions to enterprise B2B and B2G clients
Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships
Conduct needs assessments and position training solutions aligned to the client's business goals
Drive revenue generation by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Engage with CXOs, HR, L&D leaders, and procurement stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, leadership) to ensure successful deal execution
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales
Proven experience managing the full sales lifecycle
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience selling to enterprise-level customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
Ability to work onsite in New York
