Business Development
Identify and pursue New business opportunities in IT world
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, prospects, and long-term client relationships
Represent VLink Inc. in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
Monitor account performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to position VLink competitively
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales in the staffing industry or IT outsourcing industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts
Strong knowledge of IT services, staffing models, and technology trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, Directors, Hiring Managers)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Preferred
State MA or CT government experience
