Director of Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships (Buyer-Side)
FLIPP Productions LLC is seeking a senior buyer-side partnerships leader who can effectively manage marketing budgets and deploy creators and strategic partnerships to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role requires expertise in negotiating contracts, managing influencer relationships, and executing campaigns that drive real results.

We’re looking for a senior, buyer-side partnerships leader who controls (or directly influences) real marketing budget and knows how to deploy creators, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to drive measurable business outcomes
You’re the person who can take a cultural moment, translate it into a brand-safe plan, and fund it quickly—without wasting spend on vanity impressions
You have strong judgment, move fast, and you’re comfortable being the internal “yes/no” decision-maker
You should be deeply fluent in the mechanics of modern creator partnerships: negotiating rate cards and usage rights, structuring exclusivity and category protections, running whitelisting/paid amplification, aligning deliverables to funnel stages, and forecasting results
You know how to build packages that work across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and live/event integrations, and you can coordinate seamlessly with legal, brand, comms, and performance teams to ship campaigns without friction
To be qualified for this role, you should have already owned a meaningful influencer/partnerships budget (and been accountable for outcomes), built repeatable creator sourcing/briefing workflows, and executed multiple campaigns end-to-end with documented ROI
Ideally, you’ve worked either in-house at a consumer brand or at a top agency and can point to real outcomes: CAC/ROAS improvements, lift studies, revenue attribution, and successful renewals
You should also have experience managing agencies/vendors and building internal stakeholder buy-in
We want someone who has “earned” this seat through a track record of: (1) negotiating and enforcing clean contracts (usage rights, whitelisting, term length, FTC compliance), (2) running measurement and post-mortems that leadership trusts, and (3) building a reliable pipeline of creator/partner relationships that can be activated on short timelines
