VP, Sales

Responsibilities
Lead regional growth by owning revenue, pipeline, and forecast accuracy across Central & Southern Europe. (France/Italy/ Spain/Portugal/Belgium)
Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives, setting a clear vision and holding leaders accountable to ambitious but achievable targets
Design and execute geo- and industry-specific account strategies, translating global priorities into local market success
Partner closely with the EVP, EMEA and cross-functional pursuit leaders to drive market penetration by industry and strategic account
Serve as a senior Kinaxis ambassador—building executive-level customer relationships and deep credibility across the regional supply chain ecosystem
Drive consistent use of enterprise sales best practices across complex, multi-stakeholder deals, from qualification through close
Develop talent for the long term, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing complex, mission-critical solutions and engaging C-level stakeholders
5+ years of sales leadership experience, managing teams selling strategic solutions such as Supply Chain Management, ERP, or AI platforms
Proven success owning and growing a regional or multi-country territory, ideally across diverse European markets
Strong strategic mindset—able to translate market insight into executable revenue plans that deliver sustained growth
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and align diverse stakeholders
High adaptability and resilience in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Master's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
