Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, drafting, financial disclosure, and settlement
Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required
Maintain consistent, clear, and empathetic communication with clients
Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure seamless case progression
Stay current on relevant case law, statutes, and legal trends impacting practice areas
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
2-5 years of litigation experience
Strong oral and written advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional ethics
Proficiency with legal research tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management software
Preferred
Specific family law experience is preferred; however, candidates without family law experience may still be considered if they have substantive trial experience
