5+ years expPulseRise Technologies is seeking an Interim RAMACA Development Lead to drive the delivery of automation and document-centric AI solutions within a regulated enterprise environment. This hands-on, project-based role focuses on rapid value delivery through demonstrators, resilient automations, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse)
Develop thin-slice demonstrators / PoCs and evolve them into scalable, production-ready solutions
Design and implement resilient RPA solutions, including exception handling, monitoring, and recovery
Deliver document-centric AI solutions for semi-structured documents (classification, data extraction, validation)
Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise IT, security, and regulatory standards
Support automation intake, prioritization, and lightweight governance processes
Quantify and track business value (e.g., hours saved, cycle-time reduction, efficiency gains)
Advise on the appropriate use of RPA vs AI vs hybrid automation approaches
Collaborate closely with business SMEs, Regulatory Affairs, and IT teams
Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable automation solutions
Act as a trusted technical advisor, clearly explaining complex automation concepts in business terms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or intelligent automation roles
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, connectors), SharePoint Online, Dataverse
Experience with RPA technologies, such as: Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Experience with document-centric AI / OCR solutions, including: AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services or similar
Hands-on experience with semi-structured document processing and validation
Proven experience working in enterprise IT environments (security, access management, governance)
Ability to design robust, auditable, and compliant automation solutions
Experience measuring and communicating automation KPIs and business value
Preferred
Experience in Life Sciences and/or Regulatory Affairs domains
Familiarity with regulated processes, documentation standards, and compliance constraints
Background delivering automation solutions in highly regulated, audit-heavy environments
