Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with electrical power distribution equipment suppliers, ensuring proactive quality management throughout the product life-cycle
Lead in-depth power distribution failure investigations, identifying true root causes and implementing systemic corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Analyze production metrics, test results, quality audits, and field performance data to establish statistical links and drive proactive quality improvements
Validate supplier build and test processes against Google requirements and relevant industry standards (e.g., PPAP) to ensure compliance and product life-cycle integrity
Conduct supplier audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement in variability reduction, predictability, lead time optimization, and output quality enhancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
2 years of quality assurance experience
