Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for complex, multi-workstream programs across global business units
Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders, equipping them with tools and techniques to drive effective change leadership
Conduct detailed stakeholder analyses and design tailored engagement plans for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and advocacy
Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions to foster organizational alignment and address concerns during transformation initiatives
Create and maintain networks of change agents to support the adoption of new processes and organizational improvements
Assess cultural, organizational, and operational barriers to transformation, and propose actionable solutions to overcome challenges
Design and execute communication strategies, training plans, and reinforcement mechanisms to support change adoption
Monitor progress and adapt approaches based on feedback, ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives
Build internal capabilities by mentoring senior change agents and developing high-quality deliverables such as playbooks and impact assessments
Address risks and challenges during critical transformation phases, providing solutions-focused leadership and crisis management
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in organizational change management, with a strong understanding of theory and methodologies
Proven track record in leading cultural transformation and influencing organizational culture to achieve successful outcomes
Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, including the ability to influence senior leadership in complex environments
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to diagnosing and addressing transformation challenges
Strong expertise in business process re-engineering and user adoption strategies
Solid experience in designing and executing compensation analysis frameworks
Ability to foster a change-positive culture and address barriers while leveraging organizational strengths
Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management or related fields
