VP Of Sales & Solutions

Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead their sales and solutions design teams. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and market expansion while developing strategic sales initiatives and fostering high-performing teams.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
Drive strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and margin targets
Lead and mentor 3-5 Business Development Managers and Solutions Design team members to ensure alignment with company goals
Develop and implement prospecting strategies for new markets and service offerings
Collaborates across business lines to establish target client profiles, develop and utilize effective prospecting tools, lead the response to large and complex client RFPs, and create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to diverse client audiences
Partner with key clients, and the operations team, to maintain and expand relationships, ensure seamless transition from business development to implementation, and continuously refine sales processes, tools, and customer tracking systems for greater efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
Represent KWC at industry trade shows and networking events
Market analysis and competitive intelligence – understand trends and competitors to position services effectively
Solutions Design
Oversee pricing strategies and ensure competitive, profitable solutions
Collaborate with sales, operations, and clients to design tailored solutions
Seek final approval for all pricing through business unit leader and P&L owner
Leverage data analytics, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings to refine solution design and pricing models
Leadership and Strategy
Partners with executive leadership define long-term growth strategies and market expansion
Establish KPIs and monitor pipeline health to ensure growth objectives are met while facilitating recurring meetings with sales team and marketing to review potential and new customers, discuss strategy, and drive accountability
Review and approve competitive bids and proposals based on customer requirements
Ensure financial performance through effective P&L management and ROI-driven decisions
Promote innovation and adoption of technology, including AI-driven tools, to enhance sales and solution processes
Champion talent development, succession planning, and leadership training
Champion the adoption of technology and data-driven tolls to enhance sales, solutions design, and client engagement
Ensure compliance with food safety standards in food-grade facilities
Perform additional tasks as needed to support business objectives. (ex: RACI Model assigned critical tasks)

Required

10+ years of senior level sales leadership experience in warehousing & 3PL
Proven success in solution selling and strategic account management
Experience with CRM systems and emerging technologies (HubSpot preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time for client engagement and industry events, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in pricing methodologies and warehousing practices
Proven leadership and team development experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, motivate and hold staff accountable, and work independently while fostering collaboration across diverse teams and functions
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to effectively manage competing priorities and adapt to rapidly changing business needs
Financial acumen: ability to manage P&L, pricing models, and ROI
Experience analyzing processes and recommending improvements to drive efficiency and results

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Experience with CRM systems and emerging technologies (HubSpot preferred)
