The role involves interacting with hourly employees, ensuring operators have the necessary tools, responding to downtime issues, and supporting the area supervisor with assigned tasks.

Qualification

Supervisory experienceUnion environment experience

Required

Entry-level supervisory experience is acceptable; experienced candidates are also welcome
Ability to work 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the flexibility to arrive 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late for pre and post-production work

Preferred

Experience in a union environment is a plus
