VP of Sales (Multifamily)
Internet Subway is a modern Internet Service Provider focused on delivering seamless internet experiences to apartment communities. They are hiring a VP of Sales who will leverage existing relationships in the multifamily industry to generate new business, set meetings, and close deals.

Responsibilities
Leverage Your Network: Tap into your existing relationships to generate new business and set meetings with multifamily decision-makers
Hunt and Close: Conduct cold outreach (calls, texts, emails, social media) and own the early stages of the sales process
Events & Networking: Attend industry events, mixers, and conferences to build your brand and develop relationships
CRM Discipline: Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM (Dynamics 365), documenting all outreach and activity
Support & Learning: Join strategy calls, assist with follow-up, and gain exposure to full-cycle deals to expand your skills and impact
Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales leadership and the CRO to align on territory goals and sales strategy
Market Awareness: Stay current on multifamily trends, ownership changes, and competitor offerings to inform your approach
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling into the multifamily industry, with existing relationships and decision maker access
An extensive book of business consisting of deeply rooted relationships with multifamily owners
Ability to build and fill your own pipeline through cold outreach and warm connections
Highly motivated, self-starting, and entrepreneurial
Charismatic communicator both written, verbal, and in-person
CRM savvy (ideally Dynamics 365)
