Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in systems engineering, avionics engineering, or weapon systems engineering
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and system engineering practices
Ability to independently think, plan, and work at both a tactical and strategic level
Ability to lead a small team of engineers
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Preferred

Experience with model-based system engineering tools
Experience in a DoD aircraft or weapons system program acquisition office
Possession of excellent organizational and task management skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification
