Responsibilities
Lead the execution of AI initiatives by translating business-defined use cases into secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
Maintain an enterprise-wide inventory of AI use cases, including scorecards that track performance, adoption, and ROI
Partner with business unit leaders to define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives
Prioritize and drive AI implementations that deliver tangible outcomes such as cost savings, revenue growth, and process optimization
Chair and lead the AI compliance committee, ensuring adherence to regulatory, security, and ethical standards
Collaborate closely with architecture, data, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and platforms
Evaluate buy vs. build decisions for AI use cases, substantiating recommendations with data and business rationale
Guide teams through practical, incremental AI deployments, starting with pilots and scaling proven solutions
Stay informed on AI trends while maintaining a disciplined focus on business value over hype
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing AI or ML initiatives
Proven success delivering technology projects on time, within budget, and with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and data pipelines
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear business terms
Preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required
