Responsibilities
Create and maintain batch sheets for production processes
Revise and update batch sheets to reflect process changes or improvements
Develop clear, concise processing instructions to support manufacturing workflows
Review and update ISO documents and SOPs to maintain compliance with current practices and regulatory requirements
Serve as backup for laboratory operations and assist with documentation‑related tasks
Conduct incoming raw material inspections and record findings per established quality protocols
Support internal audits to ensure alignment with internal and external regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in batch sheet creation, documentation control, or quality assurance
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong understanding of documentation control, quality assurance, or manufacturing environments
Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing operations
Experience working with ISO standards and regulatory documentation
