Conduct professional in-home consultations, using our proprietary tools to help NJ homeowners fall in love with their kitchens again
Actively 'hunt' for new opportunities through cold outreach, local networking, and building referral partnerships with contractors and local businesses
From the initial 'warm' lead or cold call to the final contract and deposit, you own the relationship
Represent Kitchen Tune-Up at regional home shows and community events to keep your pipeline overflowing
Qualification
Required
Driven sales professional who thrives when income is a direct reflection of effort
Eye for design
Ability to build a territory
Experience in direct sales and design
Ability to conduct professional in-home consultations
Experience in business development
Ability to actively hunt for new opportunities through cold outreach and local networking
Experience in full-cycle management from lead to contract
Ability to represent Kitchen Tune-Up at regional home shows and community events
Entrepreneurial mindset and preference for commission-only structure
Strong follow-up skills to close deals
