Responsibilities
Own reliability and uptime across facility infrastructure including conveyors, irrigation, water processing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems
Diagnose and resolve issues using sensor data, logs, alarms, and hands-on onsite investigation
Perform root cause analysis and design, prototype, and implement durable engineering solutions
Identify recurring failure modes and drive systemic improvements through design changes, redundancy, and operational controls
Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, and Maintenance teams to deploy fixes in live production environments
Develop and refine reliability SOPs and influence future system design using real-world performance data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years in reliability, systems, or stability engineering within automated industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, and controls systems
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement scalable solutions
Proficiency with CAD and ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and OEM documentation
Comfortable working in shop and production environments (machining, power tools, prototyping)
Strong communicator who works well cross-functionally
