Project Manager - Digital Integration Solutions
Eaton is a leader in electrical engineering and services, currently seeking a Project Manager for their Digital Integration Solutions team. The role involves managing projects related to power management and control systems, ensuring effective communication and project delivery while maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide applied engineering and consultation to customers in the areas of system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training and modification of power management, control, and mission critical systems
Use modern project management tools and techniques to execute projects related to the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS)
Manage the DIS portion of awarded projects for electrical equipment and critical process monitoring, including working knowledge of electrical equipment design & installation, data center equipment, and communication protocols
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, support Sales with initial and follow-up quotations for customers, interface and coordinate with other plants and business units within the company and outside vendors to procure parts and services for the district
Lead assigned projects end‑to‑end, overseeing scope, planning, execution, and resource management
Set and maintain clear cost, quality, and schedule goals, ensuring they are met through disciplined project delivery
Estimate, prepare, submit, and manage change orders between customer and Eaton
Plan, establish, maintain, and regularly update a project schedule on assigned projects
Manage communication, and distribute documentation between Eaton and its customers
Report, forecast, and present project financial activity to Eaton’s management
Provide direction to field personnel on as-needed basis
Prepare, distribute, and follow through with project safety plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years experience leading and managing large service engineering projects of complex scope
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license

All candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the work locations listed. No relocation will be offered for this role. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Boothwyn, PA, Clifton Park NY, Franklin MA, Lewiston, ME, Mountainside, NJ, or Rochester NY
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution
Applied knowledge of current EPMS and/or BMS Software
Project Management Professional Certification
Professional Engineering License
In-depth knowledge of Eaton Power Monitoring software (Power Xpert, PowerNet, and Foreseer) preferred
Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) software and power monitoring software packages
Knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair techniques
