This role serves as a technical bridge between customer teams and internal R&D and product organizations, ensuring customer requirements are translated into effective technical solutions and successful deployments.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customer technical teams, including engineering, data, and AI stakeholders

Understand customer LLM use cases, system architectures, and technical requirements

Translate customer business and technical needs into clear technical inputs for internal R&D and product teams

Provide on-site or remote technical support for AI/LLM and cloud-based products

Support solution design, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and early-stage deployment troubleshooting

Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure timely and effective customer support

Required

Strong customer-facing communication skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset

Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, global teams across multiple time zones

Preferred

Based in North America (United States preferred); Chinese or bilingual proficiency strongly preferred

Hands-on exposure to LLM platforms such as Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, or Claude is a strong plus
