Enterprise Account Executive
Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with a fast-growing AI company transforming the insurance industry with domain-specific AI assistants. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, generate new annual recurring revenue, and collaborate with SDRs and marketing to nurture qualified leads.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Partner closely with SDRs and marketing to develop and nurture qualified leads
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
Generate new ARR by closing enterprise flagship logos and driving revenue growth
Deliver market intelligence and voice-of-customer insights to inform GTM and product strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales closing experience as an Enterprise Account Executive
Strong track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and exceeding quota
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco (visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis)
Preferred
Experience selling SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology solutions preferred
