Responsibilities
Serve as central authority for the end-to-end deployment portfolio across the Americas to maintain project health for executive leadership and drive alignment across internal and customer teams to ensure long-term customer success
Lead technical engagements from 0-to-1, provide debugging and direct architectural guidance to customer engineering and C-suite, lead high-stakes customer escalations and navigate last mile blockers
Maintain agency, refining RAG pipelines, debug prompt chains in Colab, or unblock technical API integrations
Design and implement robust evaluation pipelines, utilizing gold datasets and automated Judge LLM frameworks to benchmark latency, accuracy, and brand fidelity
Author and scale technical assets and reusable internal tools to enable partners and internal organizations to deliver AI solutions at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
10 years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Principal Consultant) with a focus on enterprise systems
3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python)
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI frameworks
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
Experience building and scaling production systems and managing multi-stakeholder technical projects; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment setup and cloud
Experience with conversational AI frameworks (LangChain, Agent Development Kit) and enterprise contact center technologies (Genesys, Twilio)
Experience with multi-agent architectures and the nuances of cyclic reasoning loops
Ability to bridge the gap between LLM capabilities and deterministic enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders in organizations
