Responsibilities
Conduct market research on key demographics to support the mission
Perform targeted event planning and outbound sourcing for business generation
Monitor social media for experiential opportunities
Coordinate resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks across the team
Execute key sales and delivery initiatives, including pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance
Consolidate feedback and provide updates to key stakeholders and the central support team
Visit sites regularly to review activities, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, escalate challenges, and provide feedback to the Central Support Team
Identify and communicate areas for continuous improvement in sales and delivery reporting and analytics
Assist with new location openings by highlighting key needs and ensuring successful setup for sales and delivery operations
Qualification
Required
Must be actively enrolled in an academic program
Must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site
Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail
Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed
Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendors
