Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, confidence, and a friendly tone
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability (full training provided)
Enter and manage customer orders accurately
Assist customers with returns and tool repair requests
Work closely with the sales team to streamline orders and identify upsell opportunities
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence with excellent listening and conversational skills
Clear, professional verbal and written communication
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
