Key Account Manager, eCommerce

Pure Fishing is the world’s largest fishing tackle company, and they are seeking a Key Account Manager, eCommerce to drive sales and profitability across key online accounts. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize digital strategies and support omnichannel growth.

Responsibilities

Own P&L and sales performance for assigned eCommerce key accounts
Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, share, and profitability
Lead assortment, pricing, promotional, and content strategies to maximize online conversion
Partner with marketing and retail media teams to activate digital campaigns and search visibility
Monitor digital shelf performance, analytics, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities
Manage forecasts, inventory flow, and in-stock performance with supply chain partners
Support and collaborate with the in-store sales team to drive omnichannel growth
Build strong, trusted relationships with customer buyers and category managers
Support leadership with reporting, planning, and strategic recommendations

Required

Experience managing national or key retail accounts, preferably in eCommerce or omnichannel
Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L ownership
Knowledge of digital retail fundamentals (content optimization, search, media, conversion, promotions)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Passion for the outdoors and sporting goods industry a plus
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
At least 2 years in a sales or related field, preferably eCommerce focused
Experience in digital retail fundamentals (content optimization, search, media, conversion, promotions)
Strong persuasive selling skills, confident communication (written and verbal), and technical proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Previous interaction with Walmart platforms (RetailLink, SupplierOne)
Experience with enterprise PIM/DAM platforms
