Responsibilities
Handle a docket of 20–40 active litigation cases (90% in litigation), managing substantial files involving car/truck accidents, commercial vehicles, catastrophic injuries (spinal cord, brain damage, burns, amputations), work injuries, maritime/Jones Act, oil field incidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and more
Take 10+ depositions per month, handle discovery, strategy, motions, and trials
Perform under pressure in high-stakes plaintiff-side contingency work, with direct partner mentorship and resources to bulldoze obstacles
Qualification
Required
Texas-barred trial lawyers (personal injury plaintiffs' side)
3+ years: Raw talent, ambition, work ethic, and firepower to hit the ground running
Smart, ambitious, capable of managing 20–40 cases under pressure in a fast-paced, trial-heavy environment
Preferred
Some litigation experience, especially commercial vehicle or catastrophic cases preferred
