This full-time, onsite position involves supporting business operations and client servicing functions by handling routine transactions, documentation, and internal communications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with departmental standards.

Responsibilities
Receive, assess, and process service requests in a timely and accurate manner
Perform routine non-financial transactions on client accounts
Prepare and distribute documents via email and mail, including mail merges
Support operational business services tasks as assigned by the operations team
Assist team members in meeting departmental and regulatory requirements
Analyze cases and make effective, informed decisions
Support occasional in-office events (e.g., birthdays, holidays), including setup and vendor coordination
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior in a corporate office setting
Qualification
Required
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
Prior experience working in a corporate or office-based environment
Strong reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with confidence and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
Ethical, accountable, and decisive mindset
Ability to learn quickly through paid onsite training
Preferred
Client service experience preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
