Responsibilities

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to execute assigned products
Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation and process specifications (the “playbook”) for assigned products
Consistent ideation and improvement of existing products
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement product enhancements
Help manage product upgrades and feature prioritization processes
Monitor product performance metrics to create regular status reports and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and feedback collection
Assist in analyzing conference data, including attendee behavior, engagement patterns, and market research to identify trends and insights
Support the creation of post-event analysis and recommendations
Help maintain dashboards and tracking systems for key performance indicators
Support A/B testing initiatives and help interpret results
Work with content teams to ensure product features support programming objectives
Coordinate with marketing teams on product messaging and positioning
Support sales teams with product information and competitive insights
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth product implementation
Research cyber industry trends and emerging technologies
Monitor competitor activities and benchmark against industry standards
Gather feedback from attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
Support the identification of new product opportunities and market gaps
