Responsibilities

Manage general ledger functions and ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with GAAP
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
Maintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Coordinate with FP& A, AP, AR, Tax and Treasury to ensure financial accuracy and consistency
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Manage, mentor, and develop the General Accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
CPA a MUST
Proven knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Manufacturing or construction industry experience ideal
