Cynch AI is seeking a Delivery Operations Lead (Documents & Data) to scale the operational engine behind their document-driven workflows. This senior role involves leading teams and improving processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of document processing and validation.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5–10+ operations professionals across document processing, categorization, extraction, and validation workflows
Build, document, and continuously improve operational systems and SOPs to support rapid growth and increasing complexity
Scale teams and workflows from early-stage foundations (0 1) to repeatable, high-volume execution
Own operational performance across quality, throughput, timeliness, and cost; define and track KPIs to drive improvement
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable document and data delivery
Operationalize new tooling, automation, and models by designing effective human-in-the-loop workflows and feedback mechanisms
Coach, develop, and motivate team members doing detailed, accuracy-critical work
Create a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required

5–10+ years of people management experience, including managing teams of 5–10+ individuals
Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
3+ years operating in a startup environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
Strong experience building and scaling operational systems and workflows
Demonstrated track record of defining, measuring, and improving operational KPIs
Data-driven decision-maker with strong operational judgment
Comfortable working onsite in our Cupertino office
