Responsibilities

Develop the technical strategy for the CPQ rebuild, ensuring the platform is built for long‑term scalability rather than short‑term fixes. This requires true architectural leadership beyond basic configuration
Partner closely with sales operations, product teams, and offshore engineering groups. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements are essential
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, improve system response times, and rebuild unstable workflows that currently slow down sales processes
Support the transition into a new sales management system and ensure Calypso integrates cleanly with broader enterprise tools and future-state architecture
