Responsibilities
Develop and test concepts for thermal power cycles and hybrid power plants
Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and customers to validate integration strategies
Conduct techno-economic and feasibility studies for real-world projects
Support pilot programs and early commercial deployments
Turn insights into repeatable, scalable solutions for broader market rollout
Qualification
Required
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent experience)
7+ years in power generation, thermal systems, or grid-connected energy storage
Experience with thermal power modelling and coding (Python, Ebsilon, etc.)
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for sustainable energy and innovation
Preferred
Experience with utility or IPP fleets, turbomachinery, large boilers, HRSGs, or hybrid plant optimization
Background in power plant design, EPC, or energy consulting
