Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate concepts that integrate heat storage with boilers, turbines, and grid-connected assets
Work with EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and data center operators to define integration strategies and validate performance
Conduct feasibility studies, techno-economic modeling, and operational simulations
Support pilot programs and help turn insights into repeatable, scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
Background in power generation, thermal systems, grid-connected storage, or related power engineering disciplines
5+ years in EPC, utility, or power generation roles
Strong modeling and technical analysis skills (Python, Ebsilon, or similar)
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with data center power infrastructure is highly desirable
