Responsibilities
Unpack and sort file boxes from the previous location
Organize documents alphabetically or by company name
Review files for accuracy and completeness
Determine which materials should be purged or retained
Create and label new folders as needed
Ensure all documents are filed in the correct locations
Assist with basic data entry related to the file transfer project
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay focused on project deadlines
Comfort handling large volumes of physical files
Capable of lifting and organizing file boxes as needed
Proficient in basic data entry and labeling tasks
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team
Preferred
Prior filing or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Basic experience with filing systems or administrative tasks is preferred
Familiarity with scanning and digital filing processes is advantageous
