Responsibilities
Own the full monthly financial close process within a compressed timeline, including:
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of invoicing and revenue transactions within ERP
Validating inventory movements, receipts, and related accruals or reclasses
Supporting periodic inventory counts and resolving variances
Managing internal royalty calculations and payments
Producing margin, cost variance, pricing, volume, and KPI analyses for leadership
Partner with operations and select departmental leaders during budgeting and forecasting cycles:
Support justification and ROI/payback modeling for capital expenditures
Provide training on forecasting tools and templates
Consolidate, review, and submit budget/forecast packages and reporting
Maintain standard costing/BOMs for manufactured products and update quarterly costing
Monitor internal labor/activity rates and internal transfer pricing
Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports for senior management and corporate stakeholders
Support internal control compliance and audit activities across the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Understanding of GAAP financial reporting
Advanced use of Excel; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently within deadlines
Collaborative and adaptable working style
Ability to work extended hours at month-end or during audits
Limited travel for training or operational visits
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site operational environment
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
3+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
