Data Modeler/Data Architect
Life Cycle Engineering is a privately held, employee-owned company focused on providing IT support services for the NCIS mission. The Data Modeler/Data Architect will be responsible for data strategy, governance, modeling, and architecture, ensuring effective data management and security across systems.

Responsibilities
Provide a standard common business vocabulary, expresses strategic data requirements, outlines high level integrated designs to meet these requirements, and aligns with the enterprise strategy and related business and technical architecture
Define how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data
Knowledge in setting principles, models of data that enable implementation of the intended business architecture, create diagrams showing key data entities, and create an inventory of the data needed to implement the architecture vision
Experience in organizing data at the macro level and the micro level, providing a logical data model as a standard of consuming applications to inherit and a logical data model with elements and business rules needed for creation of data quality rules
Proven experience in data architecture, analysis and management, with excellent problem-solving abilities
Qualification
Required
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience)
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT, with at least two (2) years in information system design
In-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions
Hands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience as a data analyst is highly desirable
